Roles and Responsibility

DFT Engineer

 

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

 

MosChip is a semiconductor and embedded system design company with a focus on Embedded, Turnkey ASICs, Mixed Signal IP, Semiconductor & Product Engineering and IoT solutions catering to Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Medical and Networking & Telecommunications.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

•         Scan insertion

•         LBIST, MBIST

•         SCAN DRC/Coverage debug

•         ATPG Pattern generation

•         Gate level simulations (Zero delay/Timing Delay simulations)

•         Worked on JTAG/P1500 protocols

•         Perl/Tcl scripting

•         Timing/Formal verification/PD flow knowledge is plus.
